Timeliness Matters: The Importance of Arriving On Time for Your Appointment

We kindly request that you arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment at Crimson Hair Salon. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise and you find yourself running late, we greatly appreciate your prompt communication to inform us as soon as possible. If you are 15 minutes or more behind schedule, we will make every effort to accommodate the services you have booked. However, please be aware that due to time constraints, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment or modify the scope of your requested service(s). We understand that late arrivals can cause inconvenience and stress for both our valued clients and our dedicated stylists, as well as disrupt the schedule for other clients. We kindly request your understanding regarding our policy for “no-shows.” In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee for the booked service(s) will be applied. Kindly review the following charges that will be applied to the credit card on file in the event that our cancellation policy is not met:

  • 48 hours (or more) notice: Service will be cancelled free of charge.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: 25% of the service will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service will be charged.
  • Failure to show (no-show)*: 100% of the service will be charged. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings at this time.

Please note that the policy applies to both no-shows and same-day cancellations, and the full amount of the services booked will be charged under these circumstances.
