With a passion for hair artistry and client care, Tara has created a space where beauty, comfort, and confidence come together.

As an experienced professional hair stylist, Tara is deeply committed to continued education. She regularly attends advanced training, masters the latest cutting and coloring techniques, and stays ahead of modern hair trends. Her expertise includes precision haircuts, custom hair color, blonding services, dimensional color, and transformative styling tailored to each client’s lifestyle.

Tara is equally dedicated to building an elite salon team. She hires top-tier stylists and invests in their growth through ongoing education, mentorship, and hands-on training—ensuring every client receives a high-end salon experience from start to finish.

Roxy has been an extremely passionate stylist for over 13 years. She has developed and continued to expand her skills in Kelowna since day one of her career. Also being a graduate of MC College, Roxy now specializes in colour services while favouring all blonding techniques. She has been lucky to attend hair courses and shows in the Okanagan as well as in Mexico and Los Angeles. Roxy has been a proud stylist at Crimson Hair Salon since the doors opened and continues to welcome and care about her client’s hair goals and personal wellbeing. Outside of the salon, Roxy is passionate about exploring the Okanagan from hiking and being physically active, to indulging in the local food scene.

Paris was born and raised in beautiful Kelowna but decided in her early twenties to spread her wings and move to Toronto. While there, she found and developed her passion for the hair industry, graduating from The Aveda Institute in Toronto. Now back in the Okanagan Valley, she looks forward to making your hair dreams a reality. Whether you’re looking for a lived-in blonde, a balayage, traditional highlights, dimensional brunette or a cascade of rainbows she is your colourist! Her passions don’t just stop at colour; she loves curly natural textures and precision cuts.

Robyn grew up in Prince George where she worked alongside her mother in her salon. She has been in the salon industry since she could hold a brush and always knew it was her calling in life. After she graduated high school she followed her dreams and moved south to sunny Kelowna! Growing up in the hair industry, Robyn has gained a lot of different skills and got training from multiple platforms. She graduated from Marvel Hair Design College and then went to Vidal Sassoon in Toronto for further training in short haircuts. Robyn is very passionate about balayage, short cuts and natural lived-in colours. Having been gifted with curly hair herself, Robyn knows her way around multiple curl patterns and is always keen to share her ever-growing knowledge. Robyn loves to build a relationship with all her clients and cares deeply about their hair needs!

Chelsea was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. Growing up, she always had a passion for beauty and fashion. Finishing cosmetology school, she then honed her skills at several high-end salons in Vancouver, developing a keen eye for detail and a sharp talent for creating stunning hair transformations.

Chelsea then moved to Kelowna, where she resides with her family. For the past 20 years, Chelsea has worked to earn the title of Master Stylist. Fades, beards, technical cuts, highlighting, colour blending, permanents, straightening, styling, long hair or short or somewhere in between – you can be sure that Chelsea delivers with a smile.

Her specialty in Balayage has earned her the reputation as being one of the best in the business. By her technique of painting hair strands, your locks will glow as though they have been kissed by the sun. In addition, Chelsea is known for her ability to work with extensions. Whether it’s adding length or volume, she has an eye for creating natural looks that blend seamlessly with the existing hair.

Chelsea remains humble yet dedicated to her craft. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her family, hiking, or just exploring the beautiful areas around Kelowna.

She graduated from MC College here in Kelowna, and with three years of experience, she has honed her skills in creating stunning blondes, vibrant creative colours, and precision layered cuts. Lorien loves the art of transforming hair to bring out each client’s individuality, whether it’s a fresh blonde balayage, a bold pop of colour, or a sleek, tailored haircut. She is also experienced in men’s cuts, helping guys feel their best with styles that are both stylish and easy to maintain. Meet our new talent Rebekah! Born and raised in the heart of the Okanagan, Rebekah has
always been drawn to the world of art, beauty, and self-expressi on. Her creative journey
began as a makeup artist, but it didn’t take long for her passion to expand into hairstyling
where she discovered her true calling.

A proud graduate of MC College Kelowna, Rebekah is now embarking on her hairstyling
career as a junior stylist with the Crimson team. She’s committed to mastering every area of
the craft, with a dream to one day specialize in creative colour and edgy, alternative cuts and
styles.

Rebekah prioritizes creating a safe and inclusive environment, where every individual can
feel confident expressing themselves. Whether you’re craving sun-kissed blonde highlights,
soft flowing layers, a precision fade, or a vibrant rainbow transformation, Rebekah is ready to
